    So who are you supposed to report to when a phone company is creating duplicate accounts with the same clients S.S. # but using a different spelling of their name. I asked the supervisor the take the wrong data out and found weeks later it was still in their system. As of today, which has been nearly 2 months he has yet to receive a phone, and I have submitted both types of documents requested which was more than enough.

      Dear G.,
      For any complaints concerning Lifeline Assistance providers, I would follow up with the service provider in question and if they are not responsive, I would then contact the FCC and the Better Business Bureau.

      With regards to your application problems, I would apply to another Lifeline Assistance cell phone operator.
