I put in for a phone in March, and was approved. I never received it, I was wondering if I need to put in for another one,or find out what happened. Name, and address the same. Thank you for your help.

I singed up with qlink about 2 months ago ,they sent me a iowa phone ,promised they would not shut me till the other phone got here but they did even knowing i have to have a phone for my doctor to get ahold of me an it has to be a local #.
I finally get another phone whoop whoop. .NOT !!
It updates ands turns on an of for hrs at a time..I have to charge the battery when its done cause if it runs out it starts all over ..
Here is the best part now i have to buy one of there phones ….I get disability after bills an food i have nothing ,so from the start i havent been able to get my calls from my doctor. .and I just found out I’m stuck with them an this phone for a year. One very upset customer

I was approved for a QLink phone and 45 days later after they told me phone would be shipped in 3 days. I received a EMail in those 3 days saying, sorry we don’t cover your address. After 45 days they finally told me they don’t cover me. I am a very unhappy person with how I was treated.
i applied for a phone and was approved last year and I still haven’t received a phone or a responce. Can i at least get an 800 number or something? please? Thanx….
