Anthony, all I can say is good luck sir. I had Terracom, which I discovered is a sister company of yourtel. If they work the same way you are just outta luck. They sent me a phone, and from the first day it was defective. I called them the same day I got it and basically they said “to bad”. They would not fix or replace it without me giving them another 50 dollars. Keep in mind this was the same day I got it. I limped around with it for a short time until it wouldn’t charge anymore. I was stuck. I had ads in the paper etc. and their only solution to me was, again, “upgrade” to another phone for 50. more dollars! This is so typical of this company. I’ve had several various issues with this company since the beginning and I don’t ever think I’ve seen worse customer service! Needless to say, I’ve dropped them like a hot potato! It is the most worthless, joke of a company I’ve EVER seen! Again Good Luck!

I found out that if the battery dies (for ANY) reason… That if you take the battery out and replace it back in it will reboot the phone and you can recharge it…

I to had Your tel that is a joke. My phone broke I too was not offered a new one. For 15 months that phone was not used and no one in the company noticed? It would have been nice getting a letter from them asking me why I wasn’t using the phone. Instead I have had to go to Lifeline Support have them de-enroll me from Yourtel so I can get my application approved through another company. What I don’t understand is that after a year without veryfing this phone and it not being used at least once a month why was this phone still enrolled.

I found a YourTel in my things today. I do not remember if or when I got it, but can I try it again/ I do not have any info with it, so do not know the model # or anything. It is very small, but I kind of like it, as the buttons are easy to push It is not a smartphone.
