   I got a free cell phone thru Your tele and my phone has stopped working. Who can I contact to get some assistance and a new phone?

   I am 62 yrs of age and I officially retired in Dec. 2015. I will start receiving my SS Benefits in Jan.20,2015. Am I qualified to get a free phone

   I got a free government phone but don’t know who it’s through, it says my sim is blocked! The phone is Claro on it I don’t know who to contact!

   I had one a cheap one nothing fancy looked like star trec communicators I loved it then it quit I did called agency I forgot who now and they told me they would send me another but nothing occurred I’m 70 on food stamp leap retired when I was 62 only make 900 a month social and that’s it …..this phone I’m using now is not mine my son same name as me
