Jeff SafeLink is very good. Wireless for Hope was a big mess because customer service is HORRIBLE and the phones are small and cheap. My phone got so hot it was cheap!!!!!!!!”

The only thing about Safelink is that if your phone stops working, you have to fight with them for weeks & be without a phone for 3 weeks. I have been waiting & fighting with them since July 27, 2017 to get another phone. If your phone breaks, you have to call technical service several times for them to try to troubleshoot the phone. After that, you have to call customer service several times to have them send you a replacement phone. Also, you have to send your non-working phone back to them before they will send your replacement. If you purchase a smartphone from them, they say they will warranty it for 1 year, but if it stops working, they don’t really warranty it with the same phone but with a flip phone.

Marsha if you receive any government assistance you qualify. Of it your income is low you qualify. You can visit SafeLink.com which is who I have but I am switching because they take your minutes and data away. Or Qlink Wireless or call 18007233546
