I would just like to give a heads up on a couple out of several experiences I’ve had with a company I was with for almost 2 years (waaay to long). I wish someone would have posted something like this as a warning as to the turmoil I would be heading for if I chose them. I had Terracom, (which I also discovered is a sister company of yourtel for your information). If they work the same way you are just outta luck. Recently they sent me an “upgraded” phone, and from the first day it was defective. I called them the same day I got it and basically they said “to bad”. They would not fix or replace it without me giving them another 50 dollars for another phone. Keep in mind this was the same day I got it. I briefly limped around with it for a very short time until it wouldn’t charge anymore. I was stuck. I had ads in the paper (with no phone) etc. and their only solution to me was, again, “upgrade” to another phone for 50. more dollars! This is so typical of this company. I’ve had SEVERAL various issues with this company since the beginning and I don’t ever think I’ve seen worse customer service! I’ve also called during the day on several occaisions where I got a message that they weren’t taking calls at this time leaving me high and dry. When I lost my phone and “upgraded” the 1st time, it took them 6 weeks to get my phone to me. It was blank promise after blank promise. Each person I talked to was clueless why I didn’t have a phone and would give me more blank promises. It was also SO frustrating when I did talk to them because they were from India or somewhere and their English was HORRIBLE! I have so many more instances where they proved nothing but incompetence! Needless to say, I have now dropped them like a hot potato! (which I should’ve done so much earlier!) It is the most worthless, joke of a company I’ve EVER seen! I’m just giving you a courtesy heads up, but make your own decision. Just sayin’.
Hello I was sent from a friend 2 receive a free phone in the mail the phone is sprint Kyocera slide up color black in gray I think its a nice phone so I thought I’ll get one soon thanks a lot 4 the phone .
Lighting had hit my phone or it just stopped working, I paid the 26.90 to receive a new phone,3 week’s later,no phone and they didn’t know when the warehouse would be getting more, I was frustrated, I need a emergency phone for when I am driving to one of my Dr’s,this is just simply a joke!

and time consuming. But did you know that there is a tool that allows you to create new posts
using existing content (from article directories or other websites from your niche)?
And it does it very well. The new articles are high quality and pass the

I’ve gotten no phone so I’ve just applied to some other phone company. I have done so but I get a message that I already receive government lifeline cell phone service. No phone means I still have service? This whole thing is truly driving me crazy. I greatly need a cell phone.
I got this true wireless phone it worke for a few days and now it does not work atall i tried to call the number given but there is no response pl help me
I want to take my phone out of “suspend” I found it so I won’t be needing another. it is under Diana Laster in ntlers, Oklahoma. Is this the right place to call? Let me know
