I would just like to give a heads up on a couple out of several experiences I’ve had with a company I was with for almost 2 years (waaay to long). I wish someone would have posted something like this as a warning as to the turmoil I would be heading for if I chose them. I had Terracom, (which I also discovered is a sister company of yourtel for your information). If they work the same way you are just outta luck. Recently they sent me an “upgraded” phone, and from the first day it was defective. I called them the same day I got it and basically they said “to bad”. They would not fix or replace it without me giving them another 50 dollars for another phone. Keep in mind this was the same day I got it. I briefly limped around with it for a very short time until it wouldn’t charge anymore. I was stuck. I had ads in the paper (with no phone) etc. and their only solution to me was, again, “upgrade” to another phone for 50. more dollars! This is so typical of this company. I’ve had SEVERAL various issues with this company since the beginning and I don’t ever think I’ve seen worse customer service! I’ve also called during the day on several occaisions where I got a message that they weren’t taking calls at this time leaving me high and dry. When I lost my phone and “upgraded” the 1st time, it took them 6 weeks to get my phone to me. It was blank promise after blank promise. Each person I talked to was clueless why I didn’t have a phone and would give me more blank promises. It was also SO frustrating when I did talk to them because they were from India or somewhere and their English was HORRIBLE! I have so many more instances where they proved nothing but incompetence! Needless to say, I have now dropped them like a hot potato! (which I should’ve done so much earlier!) It is the most worthless, joke of a company I’ve EVER seen! I’m just giving you a courtesy heads up, but make your own decision. Just sayin’.

I am in the same boat with the others mentioned above. Your website is inaccessible and there is no access to your phone line as well. I have not received any notification that Care Wireless is no longer in business. Can someone please (from Care Wireless) inform us what in the world happened to this program!?!
They’re actually not in business anymore, nor do they have a way for people to contact them to get assistance with phone service. You would think they would’ve had a subsequent company to take over, but we are talking about the government. I’m really not sure what to do about my mom’s phone seeing as how when I call the 800# there’s nothing but dead air, and I seriously doubt the email address will turn up anything.

I called in to exchange it for a new (same kind of phone, Icould get nothing but static on most calls I made and also calls Ireceived.plus some of the letters on the keyboard were coming off. when I called and gave you the phone number,I wastold there was no such number. So you abruptly cut it off. This is no way to treat a SENIOR. Ineed a phone desparately for transportation to my many Doctor appts. below is my info. Can you send me the same simple phone I have ,and I can send this one back to you??
