   I’M A 52 YEAR OLD DISABLED WOMAN. ITS REAL SCAREY TO BE AWAY FROM HOME AN
   NOT HAVE A WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE, ESPECIALLY IN A 911 CASE ! I HAVEN’T SEEN A PAYPHONE IN OUR CITY IN 10 YRS OR SO !!
   COULD I PLEASE RECEIVE A APPLICATION ? I TRIED CALLING TODAY, AND THE WOMAN BARELY SPOKE ENGLISH, IM IN CALIFORNIA NOT MEXICO !! :-[ THANK YOU VERY MUCH !! O:-)

   Phone nbr from commercial stating free smart phone, unlimited talk, text & 500mb data free service says CA must apply online, but online site will not allow me to apply, it only downloads a privacy statement. Please mail application to 330 bird st apt 3, Yuba City CA 95991 or phone 530-812-4414 with better Instructions on website that will allow me to actually apply
