    I would like to apply for the Assurance cell phone service.I have Safelink at this time ..but received a letter from them and I understand I will have no more free plan with them as of 04/1/2017.

    Hello. I think my neighbor stole my free government cell phone. His friend told me that he stole it out of my mailbox. I believe him. His name is Joshua Santos. The cell number is (909) 449-3768.
    Please disconnect the cell ASAP!!!
    He has had multiple government cell phones, just because.
    My address is 925 West Alexander Ave, San Bernardino CA.
    This person is a narcissist. He doesn’t care who he hurts to get what he wants. He’ll steal from anyone and everyone.
    I need my government cell phone. It’s not fair that he stole mine. If you look up (909)449-3768 you’ll see it’s not registered to Joshua Santos. I’m positive the cell with that number is not his, but mine. Please disconnect it ASAP!

    May I please have a new one sent to me ASAP!
    I’d greatly appreciate your help with this situation.
