Need a phone; qualify- yet cannot get as I have a P.O.Box. I have used someone elses phone to call your entitiy in the past-call was dropped-no one called back; I don’t have the account reference number with me from that call-am at a library- do not have a home computer; do not go to library often; is in another town from where I live. ??Discrimination to not mail to a P.O.B.– I only have one, as landlords refused to put up a mailbox at their rental-my residential address. I have had EVERY sevice for the Government phone available for Washington state . I have been useing the service foe 5 years. Ever since tey had small simple phones too smart phones. Ever since I moved to Walla Walla 4 years ago I get HORRID service. Now they offer useing At&t, Sprint and other major companys to jump otff of to have real cell service, yet I can’t recive call, access my call service, or call out AT ALL! Dropped calls, scetchy broken service. It has literly ruined my life. I have so many Dr appointments, goverment appointments and lawyer appointments, and NO ONE can get ahold of me. I have missed appointments, lost contacts, and been dropped from services because of this vital service offered to me that just dosent work. It has caused me so much pain and suffering , stress and insanity!! I have a hard enough time trippled my anguish!!! I live on $190 a month from ABD (Ageed, Blind, & Dissabled) and am in deperate need of assistance, and they have failed me at all levels. I have repetedly contacted them (all serveses that offer a phone) and have a drawer full of non functioning phones that I was given AND the ones I purchased (with no option of return) and still no service, yet they say they cover my area. Im at my end of the rope. I can NOT help myself with out a phone. The serices that I require are NOT PREPARED to communicate to me without a phone. Can you believe that…?!!??? Snail mail is a pill to have them use, email, is not there first OR second coice and not reliable, so therefore I am at the goverment phone companys MERCY!! …I NEED HELP>>>!!! …So, BEWARE.
