If you participate in the TANF program, you should qualify for a free government cell phone. Please contact one of the Lifeline Assistance cell phone companies that provide service in Virginia and apply.

Hello Im requesting service on my replacement phone. I turned in broken phone and have no phone to use. This is to ask for immediate service because of medical condition. Please help. The customer service was rude to me and stated a 45 day time frame is allowed. This was not specified upon receipt of phone. In taking many medications I forgot. Therefore an additional 10 days was allowed. The problem is I have no service on phone at all. All clients should be informed of this procedure, it is a violation of our right to free phone. We are human beings, not dogs to be talked to any kind of way and tossed aside. Please assist in a resolution. God Bless.
