I FILLED out my application in April, i’ve called four times, the help there is the worst i’ve ever seen , talk about morons they have no idea what there doing, if you can understand there freekin English , oh and they gave me the number to my local puc then then they told me to go to Target or some kinda store like that, and i still have no phone if there the company is what we have to count on. I’m buying a blanket for smoke signals because YOU SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously English isn’t your first language but you might not want to criticize others language skills when you cant even write said language. I think smoke signals would be a better option cause this looks like it was written by a 1st grader.Even though you aren’t a native speaker you have to do better.

I tried to fill the application online but no matter what I tried, it would not accept my chosen PIN. I tried 3 different ones, every time keeping in mind ” no more than 3 consecutive numbers (I had 2), no repeat numbers (I had none), and no symbols (I had none). I’m done, I’m going to find a different company for the phone I desperately need!

I called them today to see about getting a replacement phone for my current phone that will no longer hold a charge, and the idiot on the phone who could barely speak English or understand it. Told me we can send you a replacement phone but I would have to pay the shipping cost. I told him to piss off and hung up, I have had service with them for a couple of years now and this is how they treat one of their clients. I don’t think so there service sucks and so does their customer service. You would think that since these phones are considered lifelines and are free that they would bend over backwards to make sure they we have the latest technology so that we can keep in contact with the people that we need to in case of an emergency. The government need to crack down on these companies that they are working with to keep us low income people connected to the outside world.

You aren’t a client as you don’t pay.Obviously you have internet to criticize. God forbid you have to actually pay for shipping. and bend over backward these companies want the drain of society as far away from their company as possible. that’s why you get 10 year old tech cause if they have to give it to you the are most certainly getting it free so as soon as you actually cost them a single cent you will be paying that cent.the world where free stuff is top of the line is in your imagination.Trump is getting rid of the program anyway so the only people that get service isif you already have a phone which I do not.
