the gov. free cell that i receive september 26, 2017 stop working novermber 20,2017 i have report this problem to custmor service and were told that the phone is not turn on from the tower. i donot agree with them , that i have to pay at less $10.00 for a new phone. i didnot cause a problem ,they have allowance this phone to be giving out as a phone that is turn on and that it is new. not true. i ask to be cancel from this program and were told no. this phone number is 773 690 7752 the phone will not keep the day or time, you can’t receive or place a call . everything jump around
My elderly parents have a safelink phone which got shut off because it’s past it’s “airtime date”??? HELLO!!!! They are old and have one SSI income, updated/recertified everytime it needed done! This whole SafeLink phone this is crap! Thanks for taking care of our elderly. You suck!.
you people don’t know whats its like not to afford a phone I suffed a nervous break down do to my sons death I was under doctos care no phones were allowed when I was released my phone was shut of I could not get my bipolar medication when not taken I see things that r not there I have no way to call the pace bus for a ride I didn’t pick up my meds in time I was found in the alley naked rushed to the hospital wis frost bite thank tou safelink u will b hearing from the better business beau the said this is a crime and not onil that all safelink had to do was put my phone on not make me go through the enrollment precess again the doctors said in lucky I did not have my foot cut off
