I HAVE TRIED SINCE APRIL – MAY – JUNE – JULY – NOW AUGUST TO GET MY ENTITLED FREE CELL PHONE FROM EITHER ASSURANCE OR SAFELINK AND I CANNOT GET EITHER!! THEY ARE NUTTY AS A FRUIT CAKE AND APPARENTLY FROM ANOTHER PLANET – COUNTRY – OR IN BUSINESS ONLY TO TAKE GOVERNMENT MONEY AND GIVE NOTHING TO THOSE IN NEED.
Saturday Safelink finally SENT a phone but the numbers are all screwed up and none match – I talked to them for at least 2-3 hours yesterday and again today – they could NOT GET THE PHONE TO WORK – THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER AND I GAVE to others but can’t even open messages, make or receive calls. Finally, they said “go buy a phone!” WHO IN THE USA GOVERNMENT CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY????
