I completed the paperwork for a free cell phone with the assistance of a legitimate representative, and was subsequently approved for a smartphone to be mailed to me. This was approximately two weeks ago, & I have neither received nor heard anything from the company, which I believe to be lifeline. Can you help me find out what happened?

The information given about one company in AZ is NOT, in fact, correct. Go to lifelinesupport.org to see the list of 12 (TWELVE) wireless companies.

    1) Access Wireless ~ I couldn’t get to a human through ANY of the three phone numbers I was given
    2) Assurance Wireless ~ I was told by a supervisor, that they have NO CSR’s in the USA
    3) Blue Jay Wireless ~ They are in the process of migrating to Stand Up Wireless
    4) Cellular One
    5) Choice Wireless
    6) En Touch Wireless
    7) Life Wireless
    8) NTUA ~ Choice Wireless ~ Tribal Only
    9) Q Link Wireless
    10) Safelink Wireless
    11) Stand Up Wireless
    12) Terracom Wireless

I had a government phone with link wireless a few years ago. So to everyone in AZ I just want to say go with Qlink. The phone wasn’t the best but it was a smart phone with free service while I needed it and it was sent to my home. Although it did take a couple weeks before it got to me. But It did come and I was given free minutes and texts and 500 mb of data a month.
